The SIVC Team are very excited to be supporting DKMS, in encouraging more people to sign up to the stem cell register.

Currently only 7% of the eligible UK population are registered as potential stem cell donors, of which only 5% are from minority ethnic backgrounds. With your support, we can help those who in need of a stem cell transplant find their match.

The money you raise and donate will help us to add more potentially life-saving matches to the register, as adding each person costs £40. Your financial support is invaluable as it means that DKMS can concentrate its resources in other ways to support people facing blood cancer and offer them a second chance of life.
