The South West (formerly Wiltshire) Hub was initially set up by Lauren Hogarth in 2017. It is the smallest hub, covering the southwest of the UK.

The Hub has five volunteers. They have organised drives across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire at hospitals, farmers' markets and at RAF Brize Norton. They have also attended festivals such as Swindon and Wiltshire Pride in 2019 and focused on businesses in the area to run corporate drives.

In 2022, Lynda Griffiths took over the helm of Hub Lead, continuing the legacy of the hub by running drives at Hartpury College and University and at the WOMAD festival.
