- About
Daniel is a bright and bubbly 14-year-old. He loves the outdoors and happily seeks out new challenges. Earlier this year he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and soon after it was confirmed that Daniel would need a bone marrow transplant.
Daniel's mum, Anne, is calling for all those eligible to join the UK stem cell donor register. “You could be the only person who can save another person’s life. That person and their family will be waiting and praying for a matching donor”.
It costs DKMS £40 to register each potential lifesaver and we rely on the generosity of our supporters to cover this cost. By making a donation today you will give more people with blood cancer, like Daniel, a second chance of life.
