Rachael, a 39 year old mother to Daisy, from Kirkcaldy in Fife, desperately needs your help.

“After months of being unwell and needing weekly blood transfusions to keep me going I have been diagnosed with a rare blood cancer called Myelofibrosis. The cure for this type of cancer is a stem cell transplant.

Since being diagnosed I’ve been so overwhelmed with the amount of support from family and friends. I feel so thankful that I have so many people out there who would drop everything at a drop of a hat to help.
